The doctor gave me some handouts on rehabilitation, on which wrong body postures are illustrated in the form of photos. I guess God intends to show me what I have never paid attention to with this experience, so I re-illustrated the images. What I want to say is, editors of health magazines, I am a potential illustrator for your articles!

勿站三七步。
Don't lean on one leg.
勿駝背。
Don't slouch.
勿翹二郎腿。
Don't cross your legs.
勿壓腿坐。
Don't sit with one leg placed under the other.
勿側睡。
Don't sleep with one leg placed under the other.

我發現這些都是我常出現的姿勢啊,真糟糕!
如果要側睡的話,可以在雙腿之間夾枕頭!不過我覺得要徹底執行這些規則,最後其實是會發瘋的:)

Patty:要保持喔!我跑了兩次榮總,醫生還建議我每天去做復健,但是路途實在太遙遠了,我決定從英國回來之後再來面對我的各種問題。
