My new class is devoted to gardening. We've been planting vegetables since summer. As September ended, the water spinach was ready for being harvested. The girls made a small bouquet, giving it to me as a gift. Since it withered quickly, I took it home and had it cooked within three hours as my dinner that day.
It was not after I took photos that it occurred to me that I had totally forgot the art of plating food. However, the most important thing is that the water spinach planted by my young farmers is not only extremely fresh but also unique because of their genuine love in it.
